Summer Camp: Young Chefs' Week
Description
The program for Young Chefs Week was developed by the international team of chefs and instructors of the School of Culinary Arts and Crafts “Sharena Fabrika”. Under their guidance, participants will try different cooking techniques, get acquainted with a variety of fresh products and learn to combine them, prepare recipes step by step and have fun.
The young chefs will visit the permaculture gardens of "Sharena Fabrika" to learn how the fruits and vegetables for the recipes are grown and will gather some of the necessary spices themselves. The diverse program also includes visits to local producers and culinary photography classes.

Activities
Henri Donneaux and Martin Nikolovwill reveal some of the secrets of French and Balkan cuisine.Yoanna Yordanova will introduce them to the wonderful world of confectionery, and Julien Cassin and Iva Tsoneva will show them how to make delicious bread and other baked goods.
We apply educational methods aimed at developing practical skills, creativity, independence, teamwork, and connection with nature.
The children are divided in groups, with a program adapted to their age:
- Explorers (10–12 years old) – discovery, fun, creativity
- Enthusiasts (13–15 years old) – skill building
- Young craftsmen (16–18 years old) – career orientation

All activities are conducted in English, creating a natural and supportive environment for developing language skills. Through practical activities, teamwork, and daily communication, participants will improve their confidence, vocabulary, and ability to express themselves more freely.
The young chefs will be accommodated in a boutique hotel with its own pool in the heart of the Troyan Balkan and will be able to count on the support of a team of experienced educators throughout.
Their mornings will be dedicated to cooking, the afternoons to educational thematic excursions and sightseeing, and the evenings to a cultural program and time to share stories and emotions.
The package is all inclusive and includes accommodation, training, food (full board, tailored to the dietary requirements of each child), excursions, insurance, camp kit (T-shirt, hat, bottle, bag), transfers from and to Sofia Airport.
