Summer Camp: Young Explorers' Week
Description
Young Explorers Week combines caring for nature with outdoor activities such as orienteering, hiking, kayaking, and basic survival skills.
The program includes meetings with biodiversity and horticulture experts, as well as visits to an adventure park, natural landmarks, and museums that deepen the understanding of nature and its sustainable conservation.
As part of the camp, participants will spend time in the educational gardens of "Sharena Fabrika", where they will learn about seasonal products, work with the soil, and learn how to recognize different plant species.
Activities
Morning activities are focused on:
- Permaculture design and sustainable living
- Gardening and harvesting
- Ecology, biodiversity and food systems
- Outdoor and teamwork skills
The afternoons are dedicated to adventures:
- Mountain hikes and exploring the forest
- Visits to the Natural Science Museum
- Water activities at Sopot Dam
- Hikes, picnics and outdoor challenges

The young researchers will be accommodated in a boutique hotel with its own swimming pool in the heart of the Troyan Balkan where they will benefit from the continuous support of a team of experienced educators.
The package is all inclusive and includes accommodation, training, food (full board, tailored to the dietary requirements of each child), excursions, insurance, camp kit (T-shirt, hat, bottle, bag), transfers from and to Sofia Airport.
All activities are conducted in English., which creates a natural and supportive environment for developing language skills. Through practical activities, teamwork, and daily communication, participants will improve their confidence, vocabulary, and ability to express themselves more freely.
