In November 2024, we welcomed Ms. Sophie Avril – International Director of FERRANDI PARIS and Ms. Mathilde Bernez – Head of International Partnerships and Projectswho arrived in our country at our invitation to be guests at the annual event for the presentation of Beaujolais Nouveau 2024, organized by the Franco-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Outside the event, the guests were able to visit the village of Golyama Zhelyazna to get up close and personal with the construction phase of the future culinary school, to visit Troyan Municipality and meet with the mayor of the town on site, Mrs. Donka Mihaylova and the Deputy Mayor for "Territorial Development, Construction, Planning and Projects" - Mr. Nikolay Raykovski.
Mrs. Donka Mihaylova expressed gratitude to her guests not only for the visit, but also for the overall cooperation with the “Sharena Zadruga” association:
“I expect that in Golyama Zhelyazna a model will be created for using the buildings of abandoned rural schools and for breathing new energy into the life of our villages.”
