When we take on something, we aim high. We want not just to exceed expectations, but to create an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.
It is not enough for us to simply accommodate the children in a wonderful hotel with a pool in the heart of the Troyan Balkan Mountains. This is just the beginning. Afterwards, we set out to fill our summer camps with activities and meaning.
The key to achieving this goal is finding the right people – those who not only impart invaluable knowledge to the young participants, but also fill them with enthusiasm to create and work with their hands. For each of the thematic camps, we selected proven professionals in their field with experience in working with children and young people and asked them to prepare tailored programs for the different age groups.

The international team of teachers for Young Chefs Week consists of five of the leading Sharena Fabrika chef instructors – Henri Donneaux, Martin Nikolov, Yoanna Yordanova, Julien Cassin и Iva Tsoneva. The culinary camp program includes cooking every day – 2 days of French and Balkan cuisine, 2 days of bread baking, and 2 days of pastry. On the seventh day, participants will demonstrate what they have learned by preparing a special lunch.

For Young Artists Week we have assembled a stellar team of five craftsmen whose work we admire and with whom we have been collaborating successfully in recent years. Among them is a stage costume specialist with international experience (Maria Baker), a creative ceramics duo (Neda Licheva и Ivaylo Ivanov-Bonzo) and two hereditary woodcarvers (Bozhil Saraliyev и Tsena Saralieva). Each of them will introduce the young participants to their craft and help them create their first original works.

During Young Explorers' Week participants will develop a stronger connection with nature and gain new skills and confidence. A variety of practical activities are planned, including orienteering, hiking, kayaking and basic survival skills. The team of teachers includes our permaculture expert (Daniel Dimov), the director of the natural history museum in the village of Cherni Osam (Pavlina Ivanova) and other experts who know and love nature.
Following the philosophy of our culinary school “From Root to Table”, we will ensure that our guests receive high-quality and fresh food, as well as see where it is grown and produced.

Of course, there will be free time and lots of entertainment too, including movie nights, creative games and outdoor activities in the Troyan Balkan Mountains, part of the UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserves, and at the picturesque Sopot Dam.
To make the experience even more fulfilling, the official language of the camp is English. Because we believe that the best way to learn is while having fun.
Registration has already started, and until May 15 there is also a special price with a 15% discount.
