Here, students have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in front of an audience and gain valuable practical experience.
The restaurant of "Sharena Fabrika" has 75 seats indoors and 28 seats on a spacious terrace, overlooking the inner courtyard of the complex. The establishment has been developed as a training restaurant with an open presentation kitchen. Master classes, culinary events, themed dinners, tastings and trainings in a real professional environment will be held here.
