Assistant Professor Chef Emrah Köksal Sezgin is one of the leading chefs and academics in the world of Turkish gastronomy. He teaches at Kusadasi Davutlar Vocational School of Aydin Adnan Menderes University. He researches contemporary interpretations of Turkish cuisine, sustainable cooking, and the use of local products.
His career is marked by many international successes, including a gold medal at the IKA Culinary Olympiad in Germany (2016) and a gold medal at the World Culinary Cup in Luxembourg (2018).
