Ivaylo graduated from the School of Applied Arts in Troyan in 1994, and in 1999, together with his wife, a ceramicist, he created the studio "Thermocouple". To date, he has had two solo exhibitions, participated in many open-air and group exhibitions. His works are part of collections in the country and around the world. He is inspired by spiritual and architectural objects and the order in nature. His works also touch on socially sensitive topics. He defines himself as a person with heightened senses and claims that the artist has his finger on the pulse of what is happening in life and society.
