We are happy to announce that UniCredit Bulbank is a financial partner of the “Sharena Fabrika” project. An official contract was signed on December 17, 2024.
The financing from UniCredit Bulbank amounts to BGN 6 million.
It is supported by the European Union through the InvestEU fund - part of the overall framework for supporting micro, small and medium-sized businesses "UniCredit for Bulgaria".
“We are glad that a financial institution like UniCredit Bulbank supported the project and, most importantly, that it recognized its values and philosophy. The restoration of an abandoned school and the construction of an educational complex is not only a project, but also a long-term strategy for preserving our cultural traditions and promoting them through the transmission of knowledge about cooking and crafts,” shared one of the founders of “Sharena Fabrika” – Rositsa Mutafchieva.

“Sharena Fabrika” plans to open its doors in 2026 under the patronage of one of the oldest gastronomy schools in France FERRANDI ParisAs an official partner, the Bulgarian school will issue certificates to FERRANDI Paris those who have completed the full course of study.
In the second stage of the project, the construction of the craft school is planned, and it will be taught by active Bulgarian craftsmen with many years of experience and high professionalism.
"Last but not least - knowledge remains the most important and necessary investment for personal and professional development and we believe that in 2026 we will open the doors of the "Sharena Fabrika" school as a place where people with an interest in cooking and crafts will be able to receive the necessary knowledge, highly professional training and inspiration to realize themselves successfully and professionally.", added Rositsa Mutafchieva.
