You are our Client, and we are Kraft Hub EAD with UIC 208542880 and we are located in Lovech region, Troyan municipality, Golyama Zhelyazna village, PO Box: 5670 13 Veka Bulgaria Str., email address hello@sharenafabrika.com, tel. + 359 (0) 2 9454005.

You are ordering services from our electronic portal, but before that you have read this text and know how to do this, and we do everything to fulfill your wishes.

Definitions

  • Customer – any natural or legal person or other legal entity that uses the electronic portal in any way, including, but not limited to, browsing it, placing orders, purchasing, returning goods and performing any other actions. When the client is a natural person, he may also be a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and benefit from the relevant rights under the CPA.
  • Application – an electronic document representing a communication form for administering commercial relations between the electronic portal www.sharenafabrika.com and the Client, through which the Client declares to the electronic portal his intention to place an order.
  • Contract – represents the distance contract concluded between www.sharenafabrika.com and the Client, declaring the finalization of the Application. The contract is a guarantee for the reservation of a place in the specified course by the Client and expresses agreement for the delivery and payment of the service, an integral part of which are these Terms of Use.

General provisions:

  1. These Terms of Use are binding on every Client. By requesting a service from the electronic portal, you agree to these Terms of Use.
  2. We may change the Terms of Use at any time without seeking your consent. The request is made under those Terms of Use that were valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.
  3. All images on the electronic portal are illustrative and indicative in nature and accordingly the delivered products may differ slightly from the images. In all cases, however, the trader is responsible for ensuring that the delivered goods correspond to the digital content on the electronic portal.
  4. The prices indicated in the electronic portal may be changed at any time. The customer pays the price that was displayed on the screen at the time of payment for the goods or that described in a personalized offer received from us by e-mail.
  5. In the case of online payments or payments by bank transfer, the electronic portal is not responsible for any costs related to fees, commissions or other additional payments made by the Client or his bank in connection with the transaction itself. Costs related to payments are solely at the expense of the Client.

  1. When you place an ORDER, you also document your agreement to these Terms of Use and your willingness to comply with them.
  2. At www.sharenafabrika.com you will find products and services developed by us and intended to be implemented on the territory of the Culinary School "Sharena Fabrika". 
  3. We reserve the right to cancel the service when there are force majeure circumstances or other reasons preventing the service from being performed. If a payment has been made in the meantime, we will offer you the choice between canceling the service and a refund or a replacement order. Differences in the prices of the original and replacement order will be paid additionally or refunded depending on the case.
  • Payments are made in euros, and the prices listed on www.sharenafabrika.com are final and include all taxes and fees. The prices listed are current at the time of publication, and Sharena Fabrika reserves the right to change them without notice at any time. 
  • For sales outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, Sharena Fabrika can assist with the preparation of visa documentation and other fees related to the order only if this is agreed with the CLIENT in advance. Otherwise, all these additional administrative activities and payments are the responsibility of the client/recipient of the service.
  • Carefully write down the details for receiving documents, because you are responsible for this, as well as for ensuring access and the ability to receive them.
  • Sharena Fabrika is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.  

Payment

  • You can pay the price of a service ordered from the website www.sharenafabrika.com using the following method:

Bank transfer [by bank transfer]. Payment of the amount due for the service is made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated below. In the reason for payment, you must enter your names, which must match those on your order. The delivery period begins from the moment our account is credited with the amount due for the respective order. Upon delivery of the goods, a courier service fee is due to the courier company.

To reserve your place in a program 15% of the fee of the semester is required in advance.

The total amount should be paid to the school at least 30 days ago the semester's start date.

Delivery, order cancellation, damage

  • If you refuse to receive the service, except in the cases described below, the refusal is considered unfounded and you are liable to pay administrative costs for preparing or refusing the service.
  • You bear the entire risk of damage/loss of documents during courier delivery. 
  • By handing over documents to a courier, we are free from the risk on them.

Warranty

  • The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing the contract, subject to the requirements of Art. 50 et seq. of the LPA. In case of withdrawal, the Client must comply with the following conditions:
    – in advance (no later than 30 calendar days before the start of the course) to inform us in writing at the following email address: hello@sharenafabrika.com that he/she is canceling the purchase, in which case the price paid for the service will be refunded.
  • Cases in which the Customer does not have the right to return:
    1. When the transaction was completed less than 30 days before the start of the course.
    2. When the course has already started.
    3. Colorful Factory reserves the right to announce courses that are non-refundable. 
  • In case you exercise your right to cancel the service, provided that the above conditions are met, we undertake to refund the amount paid to you by bank transfer or in cash, within five working days of cancellation.
  • Payments are made in euros. 

Complaints and grievances

  • In the event of a dispute between the Client and Sharena Fabrika, the parties to the dispute guarantee that they will make every effort to resolve it through dialogue and mutual concessions.
  • If you have any difficulty or problem using the electronic portal, please contact us using the contacts provided.
  • The customer has the right to submit a report or complaint directly to the e-store at the company's management address listed above.
  • In the event of an unresolved dispute between the Client and the electronic portal, you may file a report with the Consumer Protection Commission.

Personal data

  • To place an order, you must enter a number of your personal details – name, phone number, email, address. These are stored as information on sharenafabrika.com and are necessary for us to fulfill your order.
  • In order to fulfill your order, we provide your personal data - names, telephone numbers, address, etc. to the relevant courier company. We use your personal data solely and exclusively for the purposes of the purchase and the documentation related to it.
  • We guarantee complete confidentiality regarding the information and personal data provided, except in cases where the information is requested by government authorities or officials who, according to current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information or in cases where the manufacturers of the goods or our partners, to whom we must provide data about your purchase, have access to your data.
  • All details regarding the personal data processed are set out in the Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
  • All rights of the Client related to the processed personal data, as well as the protection of personal data, are specified in the Personal Data Policy.

Resolving payment disputes related to the use of the e-store

  • The electronic portal is not a party to the legal relations between the Client, the credit or payment institutions or the company that provides card payments in the event of disputes between them.
  • In case of doubts about the relevant payment or upon receipt of information from the Ministry of Interior authorities or other banks about payments with stolen, counterfeit or irregular payment/prepaid cards or made without the knowledge and/or consent of the authorized card user, the e-store is obliged to cooperate and provide the requested information regarding the disputed payments.
  • In the event of a disputed payment that is honored by the respective bank, the e-shop will follow the instructions of its bank. In the event of a refund of an amount paid by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to return the purchased goods in the form and quality in which they were received.
  • The e-store is not responsible for actions of the Customer that are in violation of applicable law or the rules of a credit/payment institution.
  • By using the online store, the Customer agrees to provide only correct and up-to-date data and that the purchase of the relevant goods is made with the funds of the Customer and/or a third party who has given their consent.
  • All disputes between the Client and the e-store regarding disputed payments are resolved voluntarily. If a dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court in Sofia.

Money laundering and orders for goods worth over 10,000 BGN.

  • The electronic portal strictly complies with Bulgarian legislation regarding money laundering.
  • In cases where the value of the order is equal to or exceeds 10,000 BGN (or another amount, when specified in the current legislation), payment is made only by bank transfer to the bank account of the electronic portal.
