Each master class is dedicated to a specific topic or technique – from contemporary cooking methods and fine dining to fermentation, regional cuisines, desserts, pastries, or working with seasonal products. Participants have the opportunity to work side by side with the chefs, ask questions, experiment, and receive valuable feedback in real time.
