The professional programs at Sharena Fabrika are designed for anyone who wants to dedicate themselves to the culinary arts and build a solid foundation of knowledge and practical skills for a professional career.
The training covers classical and contemporary techniques and working with high-quality products in small groups of up to 10 students to ensure individual attention and guidance.
Under the guidance of chef instructors with many years of international experience, the students master various processes of professional cuisine. They are trained in planning, preparing, presenting and tasting dishes inspired by the French culinary tradition, the specifics of Balkan recipes and flavors, as well as contemporary modern trends. The program includes intensive practice and preparation for a real working environment in restaurants, hotels and establishments around the world.
