Participants in our retreats have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture through authentic experiences – from kneading bread and preparing traditional dishes, to working with clay, wood or textiles, under the guidance of local artisans and artists. Each day is a balanced combination of activities and personal time for relaxation, walks and inspiration from the surrounding nature.
